Since I decided one day to try to make my hummus at home, I stand by that it is too good! I could definitely eat anything nice mix with a spoon. I accepted, but in hindsight I should not have, nothing beats a good hummus prepared fresh.
Chickpeas with kale and lawyers, I have always in my kitchen. You can do anything with chickpeas, sati roasted sati in the oven room neat or in a salad, creamy sandwich spread, veggie burger (next recipe to do !!), stewed in a chana masala or other delicious curry (second next to do !!). Chickpea like all other legumes is a food rich in vegetable protein, sati low in fat and very high in fiber that aid in digestion and transit.
The best course, we can never say enough is to use dried chickpeas. Much better, but on canning can troubleshoot. Soak several hours, overnight or a day ideally. For the spread If using dried chickpeas, soak overnight in a large water bowl. Drain and rinse. Boil with 3 times their volume of water and cook for one hour. Do not salt water. sati If using canned chickpeas, rinse them properly. In a food processor, mix all ingredients together until smooth. Adjust the seasoning.
For crisp bread pita pita Open 2 to obtain 8 circles. Brush lightly sati with olive oil and season with the spices of choice. Place on 2 hotplates and bake until golden.
