Ingredients: 1kg veal 1 large onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 120 ml ginger 1/2 teaspoon olive oil powder 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon ground turmeric 1 teaspoon salt two three pistils real saffron (optional) 500g shelled peas 500g artichoke hearts 3 tbsp chopped coriander and parsley 1 lemon confit (salt)
Put the pieces of meat in the casserole, oil, chopped onion, garlic and spices. Simmer over medium heat for a few minutes, stirring regularly.
