Right now, I force myself to prepare things to take with me for lunch for my lunch and I have to choose a priority for simple things that can be eaten cold as well as hot (for the times I have no time to warm up anything) that do not require too much manipulation and in any case no plates and cutlery knife style. So I often opt for soup, I can warm up and "drink" directly into a mug or salads that I put in mason jars because it is easier to carry and you can eat in the problem without pot.
The denrière date is a quilted recipe from those registered in my Cookeo Connect and had everything I like: seeds, cereals or pulses that can not be hungry an hour later without gorging on bread, green vegetables and a touch of originality brought by dried tomatoes. The combination welcome home of all these ingredients give a dish that is delicious hot or cold and therefore meets all the criteria mentioned above. Recipe tested on and approved!
For 2 persons (or 2 meals), you need: 150 g spinach 200 g cooked chickpeas 200g quinoa welcome home (or bulgur or other similar products) 30 g dried tomatoes 100 ml water Salt Pepper olive oil
Wash the quinoa. Cut dried tomatoes into small pieces, coarsely chop the spinach. In a pot, pour a little olive oil and sauté the tomatoes for a few minutes. Add the drained quinoa, stir then add the spinach leaves and stir quickly. Pour water and cook for 8 minutes. Add the chickpeas and cook time the water is absorbed and the perfectly cooked quinoa. Add salt and pepper, it's ready!
For Cookeo Version: Put the oil and dried tomatoes in the bowl and start the mode "Dorer". At the end of preheating, add spinach, leave for 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, mix and then start pressure cooking for 4 minutes. Pour It Up!
