Eid al Adha (Feast of Sacrifice), also known as Eid al-Kabir, is the greatest feast of Islam. It takes place on the 10th of the month Dhu al-Hijja, the last of the Muslim calendar wa waqfat kok arafa.
This festival commemorates Ibrahim presenting their God, symbolized by the episode in which he agreed to sacrifice his only son at God's command. After the acceptance of the divine command, God sends the arcágel kok Gabriel, who replaces the child for a sheep.
