Councillor Eryl Williams said, Lead Member for Education in Denbighshire that "this proposal, in our view, will improve links between Bishop Morgan and the Church in Wales. It is important that we get the views of parents and pupils on these proposals, whether for or against. "
Said The Right Reverend Dr Gregory Cameron, Bishop of St Asaph: "A Bishop Morgan already has strong links with St Asaph Infants School and with the Church in Wales at St Asaph Cathedral. The Diocese of St Asaph is committed to supporting a good education in Wales, and it is a great opportunity for a successful partnership in supporting local school. "
